I had a good stay at Livingston Hotel, with an very nice location and charming decor. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my experience nice. However, I did encounter a few issues, such as a refrigerator that didn't work and outdated bedding that could use an upgrade.

My stay at Livingston Hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the water, and the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast service, which felt understaffed, and the rooftop terrace, while scenic, could use some more care. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but there are areas that could definitely improve.

Rooms

The room was decent-sized, clean, and offered fine views of the water. However, I found the bed a bit uncomfortable for my liking.
Service

The staff were quite friendly and helpful, particularly the gentleman who parked my car. However, the breakfast service felt slow with too few staff members on duty, leading to some chaos during busy hours.
Location

The location couldn't be better, right near the water and walking distance to many attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient.
Dining

Breakfast had a good variety, but I noticed some items were running out by the time I arrived. The rooftop breakfast area was lovely but could have used more attention.
Facilities

The common areas like the rooftop deck add to the charm, but they need a bit of care to truly shine. The cleanliness of the facility was commendable.

I had a mixed stay at the Livingston Hotel. The views from my room were fine, and the location was pretty ideal for exploring, but some things definitely left me wanting more. I was disappointed with the breakfast and found the room a bit outdated, which took away from the overall experience.

Rooms

My room was decent but felt a bit outdated and had a strange smell. It could've used a thorough cleaning, and some decor looked sad with old dried flowers.
Service

The service staff was friendly, but I felt they could've been more proactive. I expected a bit more attentiveness, especially at breakfast where they seemed overwhelmed.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, just a short walk from local attractions and not far from the canal. I loved that it was close to the sea, making for beautiful views.
Dining

Breakfast was the biggest letdown for me. Some items looked like they had been sitting out too long, and the coffee wasn't great. I ended up skipping breakfast the second day.
Facilities

I really liked the rooftop terrace, but it was frustrating that some facilities were closed during my visit. It would've been nice to enjoy the bar area.

I had a lovely view of the water from my room, which enhanced my stay. However, I did encounter some maintenance issues, such as a non-working fridge and a shower that leaked. Overall, while the charm of the hotel and its location in Ortigia were good, the facilities could use some attention.

My stay at Livingston Hotel was overall very pleasant. The location near Ortigia allowed me to easily walk to local shops and restaurants, which I appreciated. However, the room I initially received was quite small, albeit beautifully decorated, and I had hoped for a room with a better view. Still, the staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience enjoyable.
